You can plan your pastor/missionary retreat with these steps.
Please let us know if you have questions at any point.
Step One
Contact us to check availability in our upcoming pastor/missionary retreats. There may be availability for you to come outside of the scheduled pastor/missionary retreat dates when we do not have other retreats in progress.
Step Two
You can hold a spot in a pastor/missionary retreat via phone or email. We will hold your spot for up to 30 days.
Step Three
To "confirm" your spot, you need to submit the appropriate retreat registration form with deposit during the 30 day hold period. Registration can be accomplished by filling out our online registration form. Once we receive your registration form and deposit, your reservation is confirmed.
We will send an informational letter (including arrival time, directions, and what to bring) to each family or couple approximately 30 days before the retreat. The balance of the retreat fee is due 10 days before the retreat.
