"Group" retreats are designed for groups of six or seven families that want to attend a retreat together. To register:

An interested group should designate a "lead family" who will be SMR's primary contact for the group.

Once you have checked retreat availability, the lead family can "hold" a spot for your group via phone or email. We will hold a spot for your group for up to 30 days. We will send the lead family a retreat registration packet that will include brochures and registration forms.

To "confirm" a group retreat, the lead family will need to submit retreat registration forms with deposits for at least four families during the 30 day hold period. Registration can be accomplished by filling out our online registration form. Once we have received the registration forms, the reservation is confirmed.

We will hold the remaining spots for that group until 60 days before the retreat. At that time, if less than six families have registered for the retreat, the remaining spots will be offered to other families.

We will send an informational letter (including arrival time, directions, and what to bring) to each registered family approximately 30 days before the retreat.

The balance of the retreat fee is due 10 days before the retreat.
