BEFORE YOU REGISTER

The arrival window is between 3-6 pm on the first day of your retreat and we will be finished around 11:00 am on the final day. As you make travel arrangements, it is good to keep in mind that the curriculum and activities are spread throughout the entire retreat so leaving early or arriving late is something we strongly discourage. We've found it can negatively impact the retreat experience for you and others. If you cannot attend the entire retreat, we encourage you to wait for another retreat where you can stay for the entire experience.

Due to housing, guest interaction, allergies, and pet to pet issues we are not able to accommodate your pets at Sonrise Mountain Ranch.

The cost is $460 per adult and $115 per child (with a $1380 maximum fee for each family).
This fee covers the entire retreat from Sunday dinner to Saturday breakfast (or as noted on the schedule) and includes a private cabin for each family,
all meals and programmed activities.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Minimum nonrefundable deposit for each family is $350. Balance must be paid no later than 10 days prior to your retreat start date.
